Everyone writes in their own language

The office writes in Polish, the driver reads in Georgian and replies in Georgian, and the office reads it in Polish. The system translates at the moment of sending.

One conversation, four languages

These are the same messages on phones set to different languages. The system translates each message once, on the office computer, and stores all four versions.

Polish, English, Russian and Georgian

Office panel: who has read it, who has confirmed

The office writes to all drivers, to selected ones or to one. Every message shows who has read it and who has confirmed it, and who still needs a phone call.

A message marked as important covers the driver’s screen until they confirm it. Holiday driving ban, ramp change, closed border: nobody misses it.

Trip instructions in the driver’s language

The planner’s notes for the trip (gate, ramp, times, what to do after loading) are translated too. The driver sees them above the current stop and can view the original.

Voice messages

The driver records a message in their own language and the office hears it in Polish. The office records in Polish and the driver hears it in their language. Speech recognition and synthetic voice work in both directions.
