CMR and POD

Documents on the day of delivery

The driver takes a photo of the signed CMR in the app. The system straightens the sheet, cleans the background and keeps the original signature and stamps. The forwarder gets a PDF the same day.

Screenshots from the demo version of the system: fictitious companies, drivers and trucks. It works the same way on real trips.

From photo to clean scan

On the left a photo taken with a phone, on the right the result of the system’s scanner. The print is cleaned and straightened, while the signature and stamps stay from the original.

  • Sheet corner detection and perspective correction
  • White background, black print, straight form lines
  • Signature and stamps in their original colour, not retouched
  • The scanner also works on the phone when the office does not respond

CMR from the trip data

When the driver has no blank form, the CMR is printed from the trip data: sender, consignee, places, carrier, vehicle. From the phone as a PDF or on a printer.

  • One CMR per shipment
  • Data from the plan, no retyping
  • A ready PDF to print from the phone

Sending and archive

The complete set of unloading documents goes in one e-mail to the forwarder specified in the trip. In the panel and the forwarder portal, documents are filed in folders: month, truck, week, day.

  • One e-mail with the complete set, not five with single pages
  • Search by truck, city, company and order number
  • Trip archive together with documents
