TRANSLOGIC system
This is the system we run every trip on. We built it for our own fleet: one source of truth from the driver app to the e-mails to forwarders. Below are real screens of the panel.

01 · Live map
Every truck with its position from telematics and from the driver’s phone, its state (driving, stopped, on a break), today’s driving time and odometer reading. Weather, wind and traffic along the route right on the map.
02 · Trip plans
The system turns a forwarder’s loading plan (PDF, Excel or e-mail text) into a trip: loading and unloading stops, time windows, remarks and a route calculated for a truck. Each trip shows its status, photos, documents and a countdown to the next stop.
03 · Fleet Gantt
The whole fleet’s week on one timeline: trips in progress, planned trips and each truck’s free days. You see at a glance which truck can be offered to a forwarder for the next load.
04 · Live records
Every event from the driver app reaches the panel the moment it is saved: start and end of day, loading, unloading, trailer change, refuelling. With GPS position and the odometer reading taken from the truck’s computer.
05 · Kilometres
A monthly mileage summary for every truck from the first and last odometer reading, with the drivers who drove it. The basis for driver pay, invoices and costs.
06 · Tachograph
Driver card and tachograph downloads in one place. The system counts infringements of Regulation 561/2006, tracks download deadlines (card every 28 days, tachograph every 90 days) and card validity.
07 · Engine
Idling time, real fuel consumption from the CAN bus and fuel in the tank for every truck. The system calculates what idling costs over a year.
08 · Data checks
A daily consistency review: odometer going backwards, events in the wrong order, trips without dates, stops without coordinates. Every issue has a “Fix” button that leads to the right place, or “Accept”.
09 · Weather
A forecast for the countries our trucks drive through, with warnings about heavy rain, fog, wind and frost on specific routes. Weather data from MET Norway.
10 · Driving bans
Sunday and holiday truck driving bans and public holidays in the countries of current trips, 7, 14 or 30 days ahead. The ETA takes them into account automatically, and the office knows a warehouse may be closed.
11 · Refuelling
The driver takes a photo of the receipt in the app and the system reads the litres of diesel and AdBlue, the station and the fuel card. A summary for every truck with consumption per 100 km.
12 · Fleet
Inspection, service and insurance dates for trucks and trailers, and driver document validity, in one place. The system reminds before the deadline, and the driver sees their truck’s dates in the app.
Beyond the panel
Trip plan with navigation, work records, CMR scanning and office chat translated into Polish, English, Russian and Georgian. Works without coverage too.
