Start of the day: odometer and tachograph

The driver signs in with a PIN, enters the odometer reading and starts the day. Before setting off, the app reminds them to start the shift on the tachograph.

02 · Driver app

A new plan in one tap

The forwarder’s plan appears full screen: route, number of stops, cargo and date. After accepting, the driver sees the whole trip in order, with addresses and time windows.

03 · Driver app

Task: only what matters now

The “Task” screen shows only the current stop: office instructions, trip progress, trailer layout with space for the cargo, time window and navigation. The “Loaded” button only works on site.

04 · Driver app

Outside the plan: fuel, trailers, parking

Refuelling from a photo of the receipt, trailer change, stop or service, overnight parking and app language. Every record reaches the office with time, position and odometer reading.

05 · Driver app

Offline and always up to date

Records, photos and documents wait on the phone and are sent automatically when the network returns. The app updates itself, without an app store and without the driver doing anything.
